Chakora Bag is an Indian handmade bag brand offering unique, creative, and eco-friendly bag designs in various patterns.
We sell exclusively in India through our official website and WhatsApp.

2. Ordering Process
Customers can place an order through our website or by contacting us via WhatsApp.
After your order is confirmed, payment details (UPI or QR code) will be shared for secure transactions.
Orders are processed once payment is successfully received.
3. Payment
Payments can be made using UPI or by scanning our QR code provided during checkout or on WhatsApp.
All payments must be completed before dispatching your order.
We do not store or have access to your bank or payment details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within 3–7 business days after confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location in India.
You will receive a tracking update on your WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Chakora Bag! If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The customer must record a video while opening the parcel, showing the unboxing clearly (without cuts or pauses).
Photos of the product and unboxing video must be sent to our email within 24 hours of delivery:

If approved, we will arrange an exchange or return as per the case.
Return shipping charges may apply in some cases.
Note: Products that appear used, damaged, or without proof video will not be eligible for return or exchange.
6. Product Information
All our bags are handmade, and minor variations in color, pattern, or size may occur.
Such variations are part of the handcrafted process and not considered defects.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, logos, text, and designs — belongs to Chakora Bag.
8. Limitation of Liability
Chakora Bag is not responsible for:
Delays caused by courier or logistics partners.
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Product misuse or damage after delivery.

We respect your privacy. Your personal data (name, contact info, address) is used only for order processing and customer support. We never share your information with third parties.
